On September 1, 2023, after a week of implementing the training program, the Summer School 2023 on "Future-Oriented Chemistry (FOREST)" under the ERASMUS+ FOREST project funded by the European Commission officially concluded. Vietnam National University of Forestry organized the Closing Ceremony and awarded certificates to students who completed the training course. Students from 04 universities including Vietnam National University of Forestry (VNUF), Thai Nguyen University of Science (TNUS), Hue University of Science (HUSC), and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) have completed the short-term training course within one dynamic week of study at VNUF. On the morning of August 28, 2023, at the Vietnam National University of Forestry, the opening of the summer school was held on "Master's Program Development in Chemistry (Future ORiented chEmiSTry – FOREST)" under the ERASMUS+ FOREST project funded by the European Commission. On April 10, 2024, Vietnam National University of Forestry collaborated with the University of Adelaide, Australia, and the Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) to co-organize the international conference "International lessons learnt on designing and operating effective, efficient and equitable blue carbon market" Prof.Dr. Pham Van Dien - President and Prof. Andrew Lowe co-chaired the conference. On the afternoon of April 5th, 2024, Vietnam National University of Forestry (VNUF) signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation with National Penghu University of Science and Technology (NPU), Taiwan. On the afternoon of January 29, 2024, the delegation from Chungnam National University (CNU), Korea led by Prof. Dr. Park Byung Bae visited and worked at Vietnam National University of Forestry (VNUF). On the morning of January 29, 2024, Vietnam National University of Forestry (VNUF) and Beijing Forestry University (BFU), China officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on strengthening cooperation in training and scientific research.
