Academic Exchange with expert of the Institute of Dendrology, Polish Academy of Sciences

Within the framework of cooperation between Vietnam National University of Forestry (VNUF) and the Institute of Dendrology, Polish Academy of Sciences, on May 30, 2018, VNUF welcomed Dr. Anna K. Jasinska to give presentation about conservation of Relict, endemic and rare species plant species.

Attending the academic exchange, there were Assoc. Prof. Hoang Van Sam – Director of International Cooperation Department, Assoc. Prof. Vu Quang Nam – Vice Director of Insititute of Forestry Biotechnology, young lecturers, International Master students on Forestry and students of Advanced Program on  Natural Resources Management. 

Dr. Anna K. Jasinska - the Institute of Plant Research, the Polish Academy of Sciences

On the seminar, Dr. Anna K. Jasinska presented about her research on "Relict, endemic and rare species – morphological differentiation supports the genetic patterns of the geographic structure". Lecturers and students were excited to give question and discuss the hot issues related to plant conservation not only in Vietnam and Poland but also in Asia countries.

On behalf of VNUF , Assoc. Prof. Hoang Van Sam thanks to  Dr. Anna K. Jasinsk who has made useful contributions to the lecturers and students, and he wishes to develop the cooperation between VNUF and Dr. Anna K. Jasinska as well as experts of the Polish Academy of Sciences on training and scientific research in the near future.
