In the morning of October 2/2018, Vietnam National University of Forestry (VNUF) had a working session with Hessen Office in Vietnam led by Dr. Bui Cong Tho - Head of the Office.

Attending the meeting were Asso.Prof.Dr. Tran Quang Bao - Vice President;  Asso.Prof.Dr. Hoang Van Sam - Director of International Cooperation Division; MSc. Nguyen Chi Lam – Vice Director of Political and Student Affairs Division.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed on a number of areas of cooperation in training graduate and postgraduate students, scientific research; organizing conferences and seminars with the participation of international scientists and lecturers; awarding scholarships by the Henssen Ministry of Science and Arts and the German Federal Aid Foundation for poor students who have achieved excellent academic results. Dr. Bui Cong Tho expressed that students, who receive the scholarship, are excellent and highly appreciated when they go to study in Germany.

At the end of the meeting, Asso.Prof.Dr. Tran Quang Bao thanked to Dr. Bui Cong Tho and would like to continue to receive concern, companionship and support for VNUF's students in the future.
