Le Quoc Doanh – Member of the Party Personnel Committee, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD); Mr. Nguyen Xuan An - Deputy Director of Personnel and Organization Department - MARD; Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dien – Deputy Director of the General Department of Forestry; and representatives are leaders, officials of departments, General Department of Forestry. On behalf of the Communist Party Committee of Hanoi Universities and Colleges, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son - Secretary of the Party Committee attended, witnessed and congratulated the University.

From Vietnam National University of Forestry, there were: Prof. Dr. Tran Van Chu - Secretary of the Party Committee - the President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cao Quoc An - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the university council; comrades in the Party Committee, Board of Directors, President of Trade Union, Secretary of Youth Union and Directors and Deputy Directors of affiliated divisions.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Quoc Doanh, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development congratulated and wished that the two new Vice presidents of the University should uphold a united spirit and continue to promote the achievements achieved in the past time. Besides, it is necessary to actively improve professional qualifications and management methods to contribute to the development of the University; to be worthy of being a leading university in the field of forestry, agriculture and rural development.
