The academic exchange was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Sam – Director of International  Cooperation Division of VNUF, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Xuan Phuong – Deputy Director of International  Cooperation Division of VNUF, Management of Natural Resources and Environment Faculty, and K59 advanced training students Representatives from Japanese side were Prof. Dr. Shine Toshihiko – Admission Department of Asia Bridge Program of Shizuoka University, Japan in Vietnam, and lecturers, students of Shizuoka University.

At the Academic Exchange, Prof. Dr. Shine Toshihiko and students of Shizuoka University presented about Corporate Social Responsibility and Creating Shared Value. Also at the academic exchange, Mrs. Tran Thi Ngoc Lan - K59 advanced training students presented about SPOT 6 remote sensing application about carbon accounting of plantation forest as the basis for payment for forest environmental services in Tinh Gia protection forest.

During the academic exchange, the two sides exchanged training programs, development cooperation activities.

Closing the academic exchange, the two sides agreed to have continued discussions to put forward the agreement to realize this Japanese study abroad program
