Attending the ceremony, on behalf of VNUF, were:  Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dien – President; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cao Quoc An - Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. PhD. Pham Minh Toai – Vice President; Assoc. Prof. PhD. On the Forestry High School's side, were: MSc. Nguyen Thu Trang - Vice Principal along with all civil servants, contractors and many outstanding pupils of the school.

On the guests' side, were: Ms. Mai Thi Thanh - Party Committee member, Vice Chairwoman of Xuan Mai Town People's Committee; Mr. Tong Quang Hieu - Chief of Xuan Mai Town Police; Mr. Nguyen Gia Dao - President of the Parents' Association of Forestry High School and a number of agencies and businesses.

At the ceremony, Mr. Kieu Tri Duc - Head of Personnel Organization Division of VNUF announced Decision No. 1899 of the President of VNUF dated December 1, 2023 to appoint Mr. Le Khanh Toan - Vice Principal of the Forestry High School to hold the position of Principal of Forestry High School.

At the ceremony, Prof. PhD. Pham Van Dien - President of VNUF congratulated Mr. Le Khanh Toan on  being appointed to the position of principal and asked to him to maintain his efforts and proactively promote his capacity, intelligence, and experience with the Board of Directors, the school's leaders, officials, and workers to build a stronger school with joint effort.

Speaking at the ceremony, MSc. Le Khanh Toan expressed his deepest thanks to the Board of Directors of VNUF; leaders, teachers, and officials of the school for having shown interest, trust, and faith in him. He promised to be determined to strive to perform well the tasks assigned by the school and the functional duties of his position and at the same time wished to continue to receive the attention and direction from leaders at all levels; the sharing and support of comrades and colleagues that helped him complete his tasks with excellence.
